5. All scaling features will be available for all clients.
6. A company can integrate your ERP with any Gov. Organization, if you are agree with that.

Customization Policy:

1. This ERP will be only customized by BeAim Tech.
2. No client is to be allowed to customize this software from other company.
3. Only accepted and related requirement will be added.
4. No requirement will be added if a company is not satisfied.
5. The cost of third party will be apply on a client, company is not responsible for third party stocks.
6. Client can only suggest a change, company will analyze and finalize it.
7. If company accept a client suggestion for any new feature, it will be available for all clients link with this ERP.
8. Either they use it or not, or they want it or not, it will be available for all clients.
9. Client will buy all other stuff related with the ERP. Like biometric machine, SMS API, Scanner etc.

Data Privacy & Conditions:

1. Data is stored in server and with hosting provider company.
2. You can also save backup of your data in other storages like, USB, GOOGLE DRIVE, ONE DRIVE etc.
3. The system also generates automatic backup of 24 hours.
4. The data is protected in encrypted form, your own database in server. No one can access without your permission.
5. All of your credentials information is end-to-end encrypted. So no one can decrypt it.
6. You can also remove your data, after cancelation of agreement with a company.
7. But the company is not responsible for any loss of data due to your end user.
8. You can also copy your data or database to your computer, after cancelation of deal.
